Hi! LibGui is not intended to be downloaded directly by players and is instead meant to be bundled inside mods directly.

Of course, if there is actual demand for it to be on Modrinth and CF (the CF project has not been updated for years), I can start publishing it there too.

My suggestion stems from downloading another mod that allows world downloading (https://modrinth.com/mod/world-mirror), which was updated 2 days ago to versions ≥26.1
