hi,
I use the hic-result as the input, and command like this:
peak_call -i "/hichip/hicpro_output/hic_results/data/Rad21_Rep1/" -o hichip_peaks -r "/software/hicpro/bin/HiC-Pro_3.1.0/annotation/DpnII_resfrag_hg19.bed" -a "/software/hicpro/bin/HiC-Pro_3.1.0/annotation/chrom_hg19.sizes" -w 10 -f 0.01 -d
then I get error : ValueError: math domain error.
I wonder that is this because my data or other reason?
And how I can fix it ?
thanks,
Alba
