  • Validation: one-time activation via Lemon Squeezy API, then offline forever
  • Persistence: activation receipt saved locally, survives restarts/updates

Activation Flow

  1. Setup wizard Step 0 OR ☰ Menu → Settings
  2. Enter license key
  3. POST /api/license/activate → validates locally
  4. All premium features unlock immediately
  5. Key persists across Docker updates

  • Alpha cleanup: removed all hardcoded personal data from 17 files
  • License system built (online activation, demo mode, feature gating)
  • Container rebuilt for testing

Afternoon (1:15 PM - 4:00 PM) — Elix + Forge

  • Fixed Forge communication (added sessions_send/sessions_list permissions)
  • Verified Obsidian access (SSH tunnel running, REST API reachable)
  • Coordinated deployment plan: Elix=product/tech, Forge=website/commercial
  • Deployment log created and saved to Obsidian
  • Feature matrix shared with Forge
  • Forge finalized website copy (pricing cards, install flow, activation flow, roadmap)
  • Launch copy drafts produced (LemonSqueezy descriptions, post-purchase email, GitHub README, CTA text)
  • Website deployed to Netlify (myvirtualoffice-ai.netlify.app)
  • Custom domain added in Netlify (myvirtualoffice.ai, pending DNS)
  • GitHub repo created: eliautobot/my-virtual-office
  • Code pushed to GitHub (README, Dockerfile, docker-compose, all app files)
  • Repo renamed from virtual-office to my-virtual-office per Eli
