Way to report bugs?

I've noticed that there is no access to issues anymore, and in the discussion section, there is no bug reports section. Where would be the best way to submit bugs? Should I just post them to General?

(Here is my current bug report, but I can re-create it in the appropriate place; please let me know.)

Column size not remembering original size when returning from full-screen mode.

To reproduce:
Make the page non-default width (full width, for example) → open it in native full-screen mode → exit full-screen mode.

Observed behavior:
Window resised to default size (50%)

Expected behaviour:
Window respect previous width set for it (100%)
