Create an 'onboarding guide'

Include all important links that interns/new hires would need access to, such as:

• Website CAS login
• Getting added to bids-intern Google group
• Access to Events and Comms Drive
• Access to GitHub interns repo
• How to write a blog post, with examples
• Events and attendance guidelines (including where to put photos, notes, etc)

Goal is to create a project template in GitHub for onboarding anyone new to BIDS, including postdocs, interns, etc.
