Median adopted where 6+ engines cluster within ±10 confidence points; dissent preserved as a risk layer where divergence exceeds 20 points. Founder-layer calibration. STATUS: live, publishing. Phase 2: 1,000+ psychometric agent swarms (OASIS / MiroFish) — in active build.
3. Intelligence (the corridor) — real-time mapping of Indo-Pacific influence: ASPI–Lowy–Strategic Analysis connections, ASX continuous disclosure, MOFCOM bulletins, DFAT statements, sovereign signal drift. 25 years of corridor knowledge compounding with every published insight. 3. Materials over Financials — 62% conviction. Claim: "XMJ outperforms XFJ through 31 May." Outcome: Materials +10.51%, best ASX sector; ~10pp clean spread. RESOLVED CORRECT.
4. Hormuz → AUD Cascade — 25% conviction, lowest on ledger, published anyway. Outcome: AUD closed 0.7201; the 0.66 trigger voided the insight exactly as written. PUBLISHED MISS — falsification fired clean.
Principle: a ledger that hides its misses is not a ledger. Confidence range 25%–88%, calibrated, never rounded up.
