AI Strategic Plan Builder

A guided web application that helps school and district administrators develop a comprehensive AI strategic plan. Built for Dr. Gideon's AI Leadership Framework.

How It Works

  1. Answer Key Questions — Walk through 6 strategic domains (18 targeted questions)
  2. Articulate Your Why — Ground your plan in purpose and values
  3. Generate Your Plan — ChatGPT produces a board-ready strategic plan document
  4. Export & Share — Copy, download as Markdown, or print to PDF

  • Teaching & Learning — Instructional goals, use cases, student policies

  • Implementation Roadmap — Timeline, budget, success metrics

Tech Stack

  • Next.js 15 + React 19 + TypeScript
  • Tailwind CSS 4 for styling
  • OpenAI GPT-4o for plan generation

Setup

npm install
cp .env.example .env
